Born in Bunbury, Rob grew up in Brunswick Junction and Manjimup before moving to Perth to complete a Bachelor of Business degree at Curtain University. Rob joined Coopers & Lybrand Chartered Accountant’s for six years working in Bunbury then a stint in Perth, before transferring to Busselton. In 1983 Rob commenced his own Accountancy practice and the rest is history. Starting as a one man show the practice now has four Partners and employs 17 staff. As Rob heads to age 70 he has taken a step back and reduced his hours in the office Married to Annette recently retired as a nurse at Busselton Health campus. Rob and Annette have four boys – Adam a radio sports presenter for 6PR and Foxtel; Marc a career Fire fighter at Bunbury Station also 10 times State Volunteer competition champion; Bryn a Sergent of Police stationed in Bunbury and volunteer fire fighter at Busselton; and Dean a Pilot and Tug Boat Skipper FIFO out of Karratha. The four boys and their wife’s are parents to 7 children When not attending to work his passion is for Fire Brigade currently on the VFRS State Association as well as ministerial committees. Rob also likes to think he is a keen fisherman.

Heather grew up in the (then) small town of Cowaramup.  She moved to Perth for her High School education and then attended University.  After working as a senior accountant for two firms, the opportunity arose to return to the area with her husband.  Since returning to Cowaramup in 2002 she has worked at UHY assisting clients with Accounting and Taxation matters and helping to navigate the changes in tax laws and software.

Currently working remotely from Ipswich in Queensland Raelene has strong family links to Busselton and the South-West and previously worked from the Busselton Office for over 10 years. She has three adult children – Brook, Ronan and Abbey and wife to Craig. Along with her daily addiction to HIIT classes, Raelene enjoys relaxing Sunday BBQ’s,

Sci-Fi shows, Books and a glass of Bubbles.

Lex grew up in Dunsborough and has always lived in the southwest. She loves being a mum and spending time with family. She enjoys living in the southwest and experiencing all it has to offer including local wineries and great beaches.

Jackson grew up in Busselton and has lived in the area most of his life, building a strong network within the community during that time.  Jackson is a Chartered Accountant, providing tax and business services primarily to clients operating within the SME space. Passionate about all things business, he enjoys helping clients reach their financial goals.  Outside of work, Jackson is a keen observer of anything sport related and enjoys getting out and about with his young family.

Hayley moved to the South West in 2023 and started working at UHY shortly after. She is currently working towards her Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. With a background in the financial services industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her accounting work, combining technical knowledge with practical experience. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys exploring the South West, visiting local wineries, and spending time at the beach.

Summer joined UHY in 2024 after relocating to the Southwest from the Gold Coast, QLD. A Chartered Accountant with a love for learning, she specialises in tax and business services and is passionate about supporting small businesses. Outside of work, Summer enjoys making the most of the region’s lifestyle—whether it’s surfing or exploring the Cape to Cape trails.

Domenica commenced work with UHY in 2004 and later relocated to Perth.  At the time UHY created an opportunity for Domenica to keep her position and work from home.  This has worked so well that Domenica is still part of the team to this day! As well as interests in the outdoors and yoga, Domenica’s life challenge is to help her kids (and kelpie) grow towards a happy, well-adjusted adulthood and to embrace each day.

Alison grew up on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. After completing high school, she started working as a junior accountant while studying at University part time. After working in a number of accounting offices – in Far North Qld and in Brisbane – she took some time off to travel before making the move to Western Australia in 2013.

Alison commenced her part time position at UHY in September 2024, after having a 6 year career break to raise her two young children, Nathan and Abigail.

When the weather is warm, you will likely find Alison and her children at the beach, or out and about exploring the beautiful South West.

Sarah grew up in Melbourne and moved to Southwest WA in 2008.

With a background in hospitality and tourism, Sarah spent several years building strong customer service and communication skills before transitioning to the banking industry to better balance work and family life.

In 2021, Sarah joined UHY bringing a commitment to client service and a practical understanding of the finance industry. Now working part-time, Sarah successfully balances professional responsibility with parenting of her 2 young children.

Chanchala moved to Australia from Sri Lanka, and after living in Perth, has now moved to Vasse with her husband. While pursuing her dreams in an accounting career, she is passionate about volunteering and community engagement. She volunteers in her leisure time supporting youth development initiatives. She is a Youth Parliament Member for the 30th Youth Parliament of Western Australia and a Youth Facilitator with UN Youth Australia. In her spare time, Chanchala enjoys travelling with her husband to explore new cultures and experiences around the world.

Cherie moved from Perth to Busselton in 2022 with her family and a dream to have a quieter more outdoorsy life. She has worked in a variety of industries including law firms, property development, electric guitar manufacturing and medical aviation. When not working or have sporting commitments she enjoys hiking, dancing, beach life and searching for the best coffee spots.

Michelle worked in accounting administration roles for 2 accounting firms in Perth since leaving school.  Her husband’s work commitments required a move to Busselton in 2004 where she quickly found a position at UHY of that year. Michelle loves her life in Busselton and everything the south west has to offer.

Lynn completed her Certificate IV in Business Administration and Financial Services in 2005 which opened up the opportunity to return to outside work after 20 years of parenting four children and hobby farming in Nannup. Having lived her whole life in the Southwest, Lynn made the move to Busselton in 2006 with every intention of retiring here. In 2015 Lynn decided to follow her passion in natural therapies and trained as a Professional Reflexologist operating a home-based practice on Wednesday’s & Thursdays of each week. Lynn enjoys travelling, hiking, socialising, dancing, gardening, renovating and ongoing education in specialised areas of Reflexology and Administration.  Come December 2025 and making it 20 years with the firm, Lynn will be retiring from the workplace and PRT to become an official Grey Nomad without the Greys.

Born in New Zealand, Wendy moved to Port Hedland at the age of 10 with her family, where she completed the remainder of her schooling. As an adult she has lived in Geraldton, Perth, Paraburdoo and Nannup. Wendy has worked in a variety of jobs, including being an Underground Miner, Haulpak Truck Driver and Teachers Aide, although the majority of her working career has been in Administration. She moved to Busselton 12 years ago with her husband and two sons. Wendy loves riding her pushbike and walking and swimming at the beach, usually with the family dog.
